Effective Date: February 28, 2026 Website: RestaurantsWatch.com
Purpose
RestaurantsWatch.com publishes publicly available restaurant inspection reports to support transparency and informed decision-making within the community.
We allow food establishments to submit an official response to inspection reports displayed on this site. These responses may provide additional context, describe corrective actions taken, and help community members better understand how issues were addressed. By submitting a comment, you agree to comply with this Restaurant Comment Policy as well as our general Terms & Conditions of Use.
Our goal is to present public health information fairly, accurately, and thoughtfully.
Nature of Establishment Responses
Establishment responses:
- Are submitted voluntarily by the establishment
- Are clearly labeled as "Comments From Restaurant/Facility"
- Do not alter, remove, or modify inspection findings in any way
Inspection reports themselves are public records and remain unchanged as published by the issuing health department.
RestaurantsWatch.com does not rank, score, or grade establishments.
Administrative Fee
An administrative fee is charged to review, verify, and host establishment responses.
